FLYING?  GETTING THERE BY AIR
Three (3) airports serve the Washington, DC metro area.

Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the closest to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and Downtown at only 5 miles away.  National Airport is served by 12 Airlines from over 70 destinations throughout the US and Canada.

Dulles International Airport (IAD) is DC’s International Gateway.  It is located 30 miles from the DC Convention Center and Downtown area.  Dulles is served by over 30 airlines from over 100 domestic and international destinations.

Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is approximately 35 miles from the DC Convention Center and Downtown area.  Baltimore-Washington Airport serves more than 60 non-stop domestic and international destinations and 15 airlines.

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS
With the current climate of discounted internet bookings, we encourage attendees to book airline tickets via their regular booking channels into Washington, DC. Delegates are responsible for booking and paying their own airfare and airport transfers.

GRABBING A CAB?
Taxis are plentiful at each of the metro-area airports.  From Reagan National Airport (DCA) the approximate cost is $15.00 USD to the Convention Center.  From Dulles Airport (IAD), fares rage from $51.00 USD - $58.00 USD.  Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) fares range from $85.00 USD - $90.00 USD. 

CONFERENCE BUS SERVICE
Where needed, attendee shuttle service will be provided between Conference hotels and the Walter E. Washington Convention Center throughout Conference-sponsored events.

ATTIRE
In general, attire at the Conference is business casual unless indicated otherwise.

DC WEATHER
Average November temperatures range from a high of 60F/16C to low of 45F/7C.  Dress in layers to adjust to this varying temperature season.
