Who Should Attend?
Q: When must I pre-register? A: Please pre-register your interest to attend as soon as possible on our online registration site as we have limited places available for the Symposia. Because of this attendance is on a first come, first served basis. Shortly after you have submitted your interest we will contact you via email to advise the success of your registration. Q: I am no longer able to attend, but I would like to nominate someone to go in my place, is this possible? A: Substitutions are also on a first come, first served basis. Because of overwhelming demand substitutions still need to complete the online pre-registration form. We will contact them via email in due course to confirm their attendance at the conference. Q: When will registration be closed? A: Places for attendance at the conference are limited to a first come, first served basis. Consequently, registration will close once all places have been allocated and this website will be updated to reflect this information. A waiting list will be opened once registrations have closed. Q: Is there a fee to attend the conference? A: There is no fee to attend the Symposia. Q: Will I be receiving a Symposia pack by post? A: All Symposia materials will be waiting for you at registration at the venue. Please ensure you leave enough time to collect your Symposia packs before the first session commences. Q: Will lunch be included? A: Yes. Q: I may need accommodation, can you assist? A: We will not be able to make any hotel reservations on your behalf, but we will be able to assist you with hotel choices within the area.
